The room size was smaller than expected, and some guests may find the heat too high. There were also some small inconveniences in the bathroom, such as an inconveniently located towel holder and no handheld shower head.

This hotel provides excellent value for money with its charming and attentive service. The staff, especially Roberta and Luca, were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay a wonderful experience. We especially enjoyed the unique opportunity to view the production of balsamic vinegar on the premises, which was fascinating. The hotel's tasteful restoration and interesting array of artworks in the common area added to the overall appeal of the property.

All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.
